Ingredientes:

* 500gr de harina de fuerza
* 25gr de levadura fresca
* 300ml de agua
* 60 ml de aceite
* 1 cda de sal
* 1 cda de ajo en polvo
* 1 cda de finas hierbas

-Dejamos enfriar y.....a comer!!!!

I wondered few days ago about how to make bread but I don’t know yet why the mass always comes out different. Anyway, let’s go to practice it…today bread with fine herbs.

Ingredients:

* 500gr of bread flour
* 25gr of fresh yeast
* 300ml of water
* 60 ml of oil
* 1 tablespoon of salt
* 1 tablespoon of ground garlic
* 1 tablespoon of fine herbs

Preparation:

- Mix the flour, the yeast, the salt, the ground garlic and the fine herbs.
-Make like a volcano shape and in the center pour bit by bit water and oil.
-Shape the dough
-Make a ball and place into a bowl topped with a little bit of oil, cover it with a damp cloth.
-Let to grow the dough until its double size.
-After an hour approximately, shape the dough again, giving a few strokes in order to release the gas.
-Split into portions and create the shape that you want (round, bars...etc)
-Put them in a tray up for the oven and cover them with a cloth, wait another hour or so.
-Make a few cuts with a knife and splash over them a bit of water.
-Preheat the oven at 180º C for 30 minutes.
-Leave to cool and…start to eat!

They have a very good taste, accompanied by a little bit of cheese and a glass of wine...They are just delicious!
