Ingredientes:

* Lomos de pescado blanco (lenguado, merluza, etc.)
* Chorizo
* Patatas
* 1 diente de ajo
* Tomates cherry
* Pimienta
* Sal
* Orégano

Buen provecho!

This is a recipe that I found on the Internet but I changed it a little bit.

Ingredients (two people):

* 4-6 Loins of haddock (depends on its size)
* Chorizo
* Potatoes
* 1 clove garlic
* Cherry tomatoes
* Pepper
* Sal
* Oregano

Preparation:

-In a tray up for the oven, place the loins of the fish with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle over them pepper and oregano. Let it cook for 20 minutes or until is tender.
-In a pan, put to fry the potatoes previously cut into slices. Reserve them for later.
-With the same oil, fry the chopped garlic, add the slices of chorizo (as many as you want), when the chorizo releases its fat add the halves of cherry tomatoes and let them brown for a few minutes.
-Put some potatoes in a plate, add some slices of chorizo, add the fish and put the cherry tomatoes on the top. With a spoon, throw a splash of juice from the pan over them.

This recipe caught my attention because I've never eaten before this combination of fish and chorizo...and I have to say that it really was a pleasant surprise. Enjoy the meal!
