Ingredientes( 2 personas):

* 2 sepias o calamares ( yo usé calamar..., las sepias no abundan por aquí, jejeje)
* 2 patatas medianas
* 2 tomates
* 1 cebolla
* 1 cucharada de chocolate en polvo (Cola-Cao, Nesquik, etc)
* 1 hoja laurel
* 1 diente de ajo
* Sal

Stew of cuttlefish/squid
This is a typical recipe from our home, we love it and now you will see why…
Ingredients (2 people):

* 2 cuttlefish or squid (the original recipe is with cuttlefish but I used squid..:-D )
* 2 potatoes medium size
* 2 tomatoes
* 1 onion
* 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder (Nesquik, whatever..)
* 1 leave of bay
* 1 clove of garlic
* Salt

Preparation:
- Peel and cut the tomatoes into deices. Cut the onion into little pieces. Sauté everything in a pan with a drop of oil and the leave of bay. (If you don’t like lumps, you can grind it up)
- Cut the squid into pieces and mix with the sauce , leave it to cook for 15 minutes. Add salt and stir often.
- Add potatoes, (if you cut them into different shapes, like breaking them...that will release all the forte that they have and will make thick the sauce) Add the chocolate powder and stir all together for a while.
- Cover with enough water to boil the potatoes.

My mother usually adds a hard-boiled egg, but as I’m always in a hurry, I forgot…yet it was a finger licking good!
